Changing appointments

If for whatever reason you wish to change your appointment please notify us 48 hours in advance. To change the time or date of your appointment please call us on 020 7117 2647 or send an email to


In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, please notify us by calling; 020 7117 2647, or send an email to, 48 hours prior to your session. As a place would have been reserved for you, there will be a charge or the loss of your payment, voucher or coupon if you do not contact us within this period.


We do not provide refunds on any bookings made with us. You can either cancel or change your appointment using the information provided above. If for whatever reason you were not happy with a service provided by us, please follow our complaints procedure below.


If you were dissatisfied or unhappy with the service you received please send an email to As part of your email please include your full contact details, nature of the complaint and the date and time of your appointment. We take all complaints seriously and will respond to you within three working days.

Gift Vouchers and Third party vouchers

1. Vouchers are sold online and are delivered in PDF format, by email. It is buyer’s responsibility to ensure they use their correct email address.
2. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
3. Vouchers can be used to purchase goods from our online store.
4. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
5. Gift Vouchers can only be used once, by one individual, the same voucher cannot be used by two or more people, or used as a part payment.
6. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion or discounted item.
7. Christmas Gift Vouchers must be used within three months of purchase, except if there are exceptional circumstances, resulting in unavailable slots or appointments.
8. Voucher codes will deduct the value.
9. Standard City Relaxation Centre, gift vouchers, must be used within a six months of purchase.

11. All reduced or promotional items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged or extended.
